Frédéric Finn is Associate Deputy Minister at the New Brunswick Department of Health. His portfolio includes pharmaceutical services, Medicare and physician services, public health, francophone affairs, and strategy and priorities management. Before his current role, Frédéric was Vice-president of Employee Experience at the Vitalité Health Network, one of two regional health authorities in New Brunswick and, prior to that, Associate Deputy Minister and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Treasury Board of the Government of New Brunswick. His professional experience spans negotiations, HR governance, policy and program management, strategy development, and execution.
