Audit and finance
Reviews and supports the pCPA’s financial affairs, including policies, the annual budget, and financial statements.
CEO evaluation and succession planning
Develops, oversees, and evaluates the work of the chief executive officer (CEO).
Governance
Ensures efficient and effective governance of the pCPA.
