Kierstin Kashuba is the Assistant Deputy Minister for Pharmaceutical and Supplementary Benefits within Alberta’s Primary and Preventative Health Services. She’s responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio that includes health benefit programs, diagnostics, and health care insurance. With almost 2 decades of public‑sector experience, Kierstin brings deep expertise in health system transformation, governance, strategic policy and program development, legislation, and intergovernmental relations. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and is committed to advancing complex initiatives through strong partnerships across health and social‑serving sectors.
