Trevor Paynter is the Director of Pharmaceutical Services for Prince Edward Island. He joined the pCPA Board of Directors in November 2024. Trevor received his B. Sc. Pharmacy degree from Dalhousie University, College of Pharmacy in 2000. Having held various field and corporate leadership roles with Walgreens in the United States for over 20 years, Trevor has a great depth of knowledge regarding the evolving pharmaceutical landscape. Trevor exhibits a keen focus on team member development and driving value in the pharmaceutical industry with an intent to improve value and patient-based outcomes.
Leading the Pharmaceutical Services team on Prince Edward Island, Trevor has implemented new initiatives within the province such as National Pharmacare. Trevor is focused on supporting the pan-Canadian approach to improve access and health outcomes while reducing cost to the system.
